Product Guarantee

All Nebras Pumps Mfg. Co. products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery, in full accordance with relevant international standards and certifications.Our fully equipped repair department, located at the Nebras Plant in Eshtehard Estate, enables us to provide complete overhauling, servicing, and repair of Water transfer pumps, Fire fighting and process pump packages, Control panels and controllers and Diesel engines used in fire fighting packages.

Depending on customer needs, these services are available on-site or at the Nebras facility.

After-Sales Services

Customer satisfaction is at the core of Nebras’s mission. We prioritize continuous support and reliable after-sales services to provide innovative solutions and prompt responses.
Our services include:

  • Training and Certification – Conducting training courses and issuing certificates for the repair and maintenance of equipment related to pumping stations, water transfer systems, fire-fighting units, and process pumps.
  • Pump Repair – Repairing pump packages manufactured by Nebras as well as those by other manufacturers, upon submission of technical and engineering documentation.
  • Diesel Engine Services – Supplying spare parts and rendering services for repair and overhaul of diesel engines used in water transfer and fire fighting pump packages.
  • Fire Fighting Panels Repair – Repairing diesel engine controllers and MV/LV panels used in fire fighting packages.
  • Spare Parts Supply – Supplying original spare parts for Nebras-manufactured products and compatible parts for other brands, based on approved technical documentation.
  • Installation and Commissioning – Full installation and commissioning of all Nebras projects and systems.
  • Maintenance Contracts – Providing periodic maintenance and on-call service for all products and projects upon customer request.
