Nebras MV switch gear and controller type NPM\/NFPA20\/MV-SW has been designed in accordance with the latest requirements of NFPA20 standard for automatic, manual and emergency starting of MV motor driven pumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The components are installed in an enclosure having an ingress protection rated at IP: 42-55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This controller has been certified by E.P.I.L laboratories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Starting methods of this panel are as follows : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   A. Automatic starting method  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When pressure switch receives low pressure signal from pressure line, it sends a signal to the controller and therefore starts the E-Motor by method of D.O.L and by means of vacuum contactor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   B. Manual starting method <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If E-Motor does not start automatically, the operator can start E-Motor manually by means of a push button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   C. Emergency starting method  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If E-Motor does not start automatically and manually, the operator can start the E-Motor by means of the mechanical manual emergency starting system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     Control Signals <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Power on signal light:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This signal light will be illuminated when the high voltage is connected and the power circuit is healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Power failed signal light:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This signal light will be illuminated when the high voltage is disconnected or the power circuit has failed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. Pressure low signal light:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This signal light will be illuminated when the pressure of the line is low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D. Pump running signal light:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This signal light will be illuminated when the E-Motor starts to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Remote Signal Contacts <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These dry contacts are used for transferring remote signals to DCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Power failed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. Motor tripped<\/p>\n\n\n\n
